Tyffon Inc. (hereinafter “Tyffon”), which operates XR entertainment facilities, is pleased to announce that it has begun development of a VR attraction based on Final Fantasy XIV, the globally popular game by Square Enix, titled “FINAL FANTASY XIV: Chocobo Race VR.”
This project is being promoted under a production committee formed by Tyffon and Kansai Television Co., Ltd.. It will be the first attempt to experience the world of Final Fantasy XIV in VR.
Players will ride a Chocobo and experience the speed and excitement of racing with an unprecedented level of immersion.
By combining Tyffon’s expertise in XR production with the globally renowned IP of Square Enix, the attraction delivers a deeply immersive experience that engages not only sight and sound, but also physical sensation.
The attraction is scheduled for release in October 2026, with further details to be announced in due course.

This attraction is planned to be introduced at Tyffonium, an XR theme park operated by Tyffon.
Tyffonium is an immersive entertainment facility that offers “magical experiences” through cutting-edge VR technology and meticulously crafted worlds. It currently operates in Odaiba and Shinjuku, with further expansion planned both domestically and internationally.
